Glascote send their congratulations to M&B on their win. They were particularly impressed with their three young players, very good,keen and well mannered young men. It was good to see the club encouraging youngsters. It was a great, close won game so well done.
Wed 27th Aug
M&B Cheslyn Hay beat Glascote by just 9 shots in the Three Spires Cup Final which was played tonight at Lea Hall. Every game was a nail biter with each player doing their team proud. The final score was 144-135. I was very pleased to see three youngsters playing for M&B in such an important match so well done to them and also to the club for encouraging the younger generation to keep the game going. Thanks to Roger Lees and Lea Hall for the use of their green again.
